A Vision for the Future:
Our current facility, located near the I-680/Dodge interchange, has become much more than an office. It is a hub for our mission and our ministry.
Greater Omaha Youth For Christ was founded in 1956 by Peter and Edwina Bergen, who laid the groundwork for a citywide movement to reach young people with the hope of Jesus Christ. Over the decades, GOYFC has adapted and expanded, all while remaining true to its original vision: that every young person would have the opportunity to hear and experience the gospel through someone they know and trust.
Today, that same vision fuels our building campaign. By creating spaces where relationships can grow and ministry can thrive, we are investing in the next generation—ensuring that young people across our city continue to encounter the life-changing hope of Jesus for years to come.

Our Needs and Goals:
To complete the purchase and renovation of our facility, we aim to raise $3 million over the next 24 months. This investment will secure a long-term home for our ministry and position us for future growth, sustainability, and an even greater ministry impact.
